Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking a Wildlife Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive growth. The role requires diagnosing wildlife issues, generating leads, and closing sales with homeowners, property managers, and partners.

You will build a robust pipeline, travel within your territory, and collaborate with operations to ensure a safe, smooth customer experience. A hunter mindset and proven outside sales experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10% of time.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage your schedule.
• Proficiency using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wildlife and pest issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop and nurture sales pipeline from company leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Grow new business in territory through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
