Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife services. You will prospect, consult with customers, and deliver customized solutions that address wildlife issues while building long-term relationships.

You’ll leverage company leads and your own network to exceed sales targets, closing deals and collecting payments. A hunter mindset and field independence help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Outside sales experience, preferably in pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and recommending solutions.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while building your own pipeline to exceed targets.
• Grow new business in your territory through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors, and sister brands for referrals and recurring sales.
• Partner with operations to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
