Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to elevate safety at our Portland site. You will lead the Global WHS Program implementation, conduct risk assessments, analyze safety data, and collaborate with Operations leadership to protect associates while maintaining productivity.

This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence change across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of people and performance management, or 2+ years with Amazon Safety experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Global WHS Program implementation and act as site safety champion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze incident trends.
• Manage first aid program and emergency response capabilities; lead audits.
• Partner with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives and culture.
