Job summary

Winsupply Sourcing Services seeks a Sales Support Specialist to provide foundational transactional and operational support across the Sourcing network. The role emphasizes high-volume administrative execution, fast-paced handling of requests, and responsive internal service to local companies.

You will manage day-to-day order workflows, returns, discrepancies, and inquiries, ensuring accurate processing and documentation across vendor networks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in business/admin fields.
• Experience in sales support, order entry, or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office, G Suite and ERP/ticketing/CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the primary Sourcing inbox with timely routing and resolutions.
• Handle local company calls and provide efficient baseline service.
• Process high-volume orders with accuracy across the network.
• Coordinate Hold for Release and Lead-Time Order requests.
• Resolve discrepancies and manage returns and inventory adjustments.
