Job summary

White Cap is seeking an organized, detail-driven associate to ensure accurate order processing, pricing, and procurement while delivering dependable service to customers.

You will support associates and customers through transparent communication and teamwork, contributing to operational excellence. Responsibilities include multi-channel order processing, basic pricing, procurement coordination, and secure handling of payments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training may be required.
• 1–2 years inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage procurement processes and coordinate logistics.

Responsibilities

• Process orders across multiple channels with accuracy and timely service.
• Manage basic pricing within established guidelines to maintain margins.
• Coordinate non-stock procurement and logistics to meet customer needs.
• Handle payments securely (credit card, check, cash).
• Identify stock products and suggest comparable alternatives.
• Ensure service commitments through proactive coordination and follow-up.
• Maintain records and documentation for transactions and procurement activities.
• Guide and train junior associates to promote teamwork and dependable performance.
