Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and track purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
• Maintain spreadsheets, sales trackers, calendars, and key milestone dates.
• Follow up on outstanding orders, approvals, deliveries, and internal action items.
• Track samples and help maintain an organized, presentation‑ready sample room.
• Prepare samples, sales materials, and supporting information for meetings and presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to obtain updates and resolve open items.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, filing, and other sales operations projects as needed.
• Help keep priorities organized in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
