Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
- 10 years in Wholesale Payments/Management or 15 years in Treasury Management.
- 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Subject area expertise in one or more focus areas or products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage Wholesale Payments/Treasury Solutions managers and analysts.
- Develop profitability, growth, and revenue goals and high-impact initiatives.
- Provide analytics, presentations, and support to sales leaders.
- Coach teams in consultative selling and portfolio analytics.
- Create training in financial modeling and working capital analysis.
- Develop, recruit, and retain top talent.
- Represent the sales organization in internal and external meetings.
- Ensure adherence to policies and proactively escalate issues.
