Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales Analyst to support Wholesale Payments strategy, execution, risk, and performance. You will partner with relationship teams to plan, pre-call, and conduct client meetings, while preparing advisory materials and ensuring Salesforce accuracy.

The role requires 1–3 years in Wholesale Payments and 3–5 years in Financial Services, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 plus incentives in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of Wholesale Payments experience.
• 3–5 years of Financial Services experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to balance short-term deliverables against long-term projects.
• Proven proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Truist values focused on client first and one team behaviors to optimize long-term value.
• Develop and maintain partnerships across Wholesale Payments, LOB, and Enterprise to support strategy and performance.
• Execute Strategy, Sales, and Operational responsibilities for Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant.
• Develop and execute strategic portfolio planning with the relationship team.
• Prepare pre-call planning materials and lead planning meetings.
• Act as notetaker and close or lead client/prospect meetings.
• Create advisory materials: Discovery, Pitch, Demos, ROI analyses, Business Reviews.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate sales pipelines.
• Support pricing, proposals, demos, onboarding, and product understanding.
• Mentor peers and participate in various workstreams.
