Job summary

Truist is seeking a Sales Analyst to support Wholesale Payments strategy, execution, risk and performance. You will partner across departments, orchestrate pre-call planning, lead client meetings when appropriate, and prepare advisory materials including ROI analyses and working capital assessments.

The role requires a strong client-facing presence, deep analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in Wholesale Payments.
• 5+ years in Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Wholesale Payments Sales strategy, execution, risk and performance.
• Develop partnerships across Wholesale Payments, LOB, and Enterprise.
• Execute on Sales Analyst responsibilities for Treasury, Commercial Card and Merchant.
• Prepare pre-call planning materials and lead planning meetings.
• Act as notetaker/closer during client meetings and produce advisory materials.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and update client information.
