Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead client implementation efforts for wholesale payment services.
• Own the overall implementation and client experience for less complex projects.
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to complete implementation activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between client, operations, and other areas during the implementation cycle.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate status updates and deadlines.
