Job summary

Truist is seeking a Dedicated Specialist to deliver best-in-class client service for a portfolio of Wholesale Payments clients in a fast-paced environment in Orlando, FL. You will coordinate with internal partners, manage inquiries via case management and Outlook, and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.

The role requires banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while upholding professional standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Three years of banking experience, two of which are in a treasury-related role, with 1+ years in treasury services from a product, sales, technical, or operational perspective.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication supporting a highly professional image.
• Ability to manage daily activities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Make responsible decisions with sound judgment when communicating with clients.
• High level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of bank operations, risk and controls, and operational risk management methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); adept with internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the direct point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
• Manage case and Outlook email box; support clients through multiple channels.
• Research complex issues and facilitate resolutions with appropriate partners.
• Escalate and manage client expectations when needed.
• Document client interactions accurately in the case management tool.
• Maintain ownership and accountability in issue resolution.
• Support internal teammates with implementation, servicing, and fulfillment updates.
• Prioritize multiple tasks quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
