Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related training accepted.
• Two years banking or contact center experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional telephone etiquette.
• Able to work independently under moderate supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Responsibilities
