Job summary

Newrez in Coppell, TX is seeking a Centralized Account Executive to drive wholesale and correspondent loan production. You will manage broker relationships, educate clients, and coordinate approvals while meeting volume targets.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree, 4+ years in sales/real estate, and 2+ years in mortgage sales (FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC), with strong knowledge of local market guidelines and investor requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in sales and/or real estate.
2+ years of mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC).

Responsibilities

Formulate funding projections with Wholesale leadership to align with loan production targets.
Prospect and coordinate broker approvals via inbound/outbound calls.
Use leads and marketing resources to meet minimum volume goals.
Collaborate to develop/implement marketing strategies in assigned territory.
Conduct online broker presentations to promote products and technology platforms.
Act as SME on company policies, products and technology.
Coordinate with loan operations to manage active pipeline.
