Qualifications

• 8+ years in wholesale sales or related leadership roles.
• Proven success growing wholesale revenue in the US market.
• Omnichannel experience with DTC and brick-and-mortar environments.
• Strong margin management, forecasting, and OTB planning.
• Experience with major retail accounts and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead wholesale growth strategy across US, Canada, UK with US focus.
• Identify and secure national, regional, and specialty partners.
• Manage relationships with key retail accounts and distributors.
• Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and OTB management.
• Analyze metrics to inform strategic decisions and pricing.
