• Minimum of one year in a call center, customer service, or e-commerce environment.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and warranty submissions in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve basic customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
• Monitor call tags, hold tickets, and general customer service inbox communications.
• Process replacement orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and dealers for warranty claims documentation.
• Prepare rebate submissions and assist with warranty-related processes.
• Track deliveries and returns to ensure timely resolution and communication.
• Support cross-functional teams with administrative tasks and maintain records.
• Assist with departmental initiatives and projects.
