Responsibilities

• Process replacement orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with tire manufacturers and dealers for warranty claims.
• Prepare rebate submissions and assist with warranty-related processes.
• Track customer order deliveries and return shipments for timely resolution.
