Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and warranty submissions.
• Provide accurate information on orders, products, policies.
• Resolve basic concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
• Monitor call tags, hold tickets, and inbox communications.
• Process replacement orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and dealers for warranty claims.
• Prepare rebate submissions and warranty admin.
• Track deliveries and returns to ensure timely resolution.
• Support cross-functional teams with admin tasks.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and warranty processing.
