Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support for Wholesale CPD accounts via email and call-center activities.
• Manage and maintain front-end client websites and back-end reporting and analytical tools.
• Launch, monitor, and maintain high levels of customer web-to-print satisfaction.
• Function as the day-to-day intermediary between Wholesale accounts and CPD Service Delivery Teams, including RPC, NAR, Outsource Services, and third-party partners.
• Provide custom reporting and basic performance analytics for program accounts
