Job summary

BDA, Inc. in the Atlanta area is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support global Account Managers across multiple markets.

You will source, price, and present merchandise options, manage orders end‑to‑end, and coordinate with international vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality. The role requires 2+ years in sales support or purchasing, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid in‑office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination, account management, or purchasing within BPO, e‑commerce, retail, or merchandising.
• Customer service, vendor negotiation, or procurement experience is a plus.
• Effective communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams in multiple time zones.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Smartsheet, Canva; report creation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and cost analyses.
• Process and track global orders from request to delivery; coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor shipments and address delays; manage order status reports and inventory.
• Provide updates to leadership on progress and client feedback.
