Job summary

Jobtailor in Texas is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to support Wholesale CPD accounts via email and phone. You will manage front-end client websites, back-end reporting, and provide custom reporting and analytics for program accounts.

You will act as the liaison between Wholesale accounts and CPD Service Delivery Teams, coordinating with RPC, NAR, Outsource Services, and third-party partners to ensure high satisfaction and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Business area of study preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, browsers, and intranet apps like Store Portal.
• Data entry capability.
• 10-key by touch.
• Email, IM, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel).
• Proper grammar, spelling, pronunciation, and punctuation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.

Job description

• Provide exemplary customer service and support for Wholesale CPD accounts through email and call-center activities
• Manage and maintain front-end custom client websites and back-end reporting and analytical tools
• Launch, monitor, and maintain high levels of customer web-to-print satisfaction
• Act as the day-to-day intermediary between Wholesale accounts and CPD Service Delivery Teams, including RPC, NAR, Outsource Services, and 3rd Party Partners
• Partner with CPD’s RPC to identify outsourced and warehoused products and trends associated with transitioning to in-house digital production
• Provide custom reporting and basic performance analytics for program accounts
• Work with CPD Operations Teams to manage Wholesale customer projects and ongoing programs
• Coordinate with CPD third-party vendors and suppliers on complex projects and programs
• Handle or assist with special projects as needed
