Qualifications

• Experience in visual presentation and apparel styling in luxury retail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills for leading a team.
• Willingness to work outside standard working hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with supervisors, reports and peers.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Passion for the Ralph Lauren brand.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interior and window changeovers, including prop handling and rigging.
• Develop unique design specifications by door aligned with seasonal themes.
• Maintain daily store presentation, mannequins, props and merchandising.
• Procure creative elements for windows (wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting).
• Identify vendors and resources for props and décor.
• Manage and train coordinators; recruit freelancers when needed.
• Daily walkthroughs to improve aesthetics and site tidiness.
• Plan next installations or floor changes with a rolling calendar.
• Manage checkbooks and keep installations on budget.
• Communicate with Brand Image and Retail Development partners.
• Maintain schedules and timelines using SharePoint for Brand Image teams.
• Collaborate with Men's and Women's brands when time permits.
