Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Image Manager to lead the visual presentation and maintenance of brand aesthetics across wholesale stores. You will guide regional teams on display standards, rigging, and interior styling to ensure premium customer experiences.

The role requires experience in luxury retail environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Travel to multiple store locations may be required.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in visual presentation and apparel styling (rigging).
Experience in a luxury retail and wholesale environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation of interior/window changeovers and on-site prop handling.
Develop design specifications by door aligned with seasonal themes.
Maintain daily store presentation, repositioning mannequins and re-merchandising.
Assemble creative elements for windows, including wallpaper, paint, rugs and lighting.
Source vendors for props and decorative elements and manage budgets.
Lead and train coordinators; hire freelance staff when needed.
Conduct daily site walkthroughs to maintain brand aesthetics and tidiness.
