Qualifications

• Experience in visual presentation and apparel styling (rigging).
• Luxury retail and wholesale experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of interior and window changeovers, including sets and rigging.
• Identify design specifications by door in line with seasonal themes.
• Maintain daily store interior sets and re-merchandise as needed.
• Procure and assemble creative elements for windows (wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting).
• Research and utilize vendors for props and decorative items.
• Lead and train a team of coordinators; recruit freelancers as needed.
• Conduct daily store location walkthroughs to improve aesthetics and tidiness.
• Plan ahead for next installation in alignment with creative calendar.
• Manage checkbooks and keep installations on budget.
• Communicate with Brand Image and Retail Development teams to meet business needs.
• Maintain SharePoint knowledge for Brand Image and Retail Development sites and share updates.
