Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Image Manager to develop and manage the creative process that elevates the brand's visual aesthetic and customer experience in wholesale markets.

You will partner with regional teams to maintain brand presentation, lead store installations, styling, and ongoing visual upkeep, and travel to multiple store locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual presentation and apparel styling, including rigging, in luxury retail or wholesale.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willing to travel to multiple store locations and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior and window installations, including production and rigging.
• Maintain store presentations with mannequin repositioning and re-merchandising.
• Research vendors and procure creative elements within budget.
• Manage and train coordinators, recruit freelance staff, and plan work against the creative calendar.
• Conduct location walkthroughs and collaborate with Brand Image and Retail Development teams.

• Maintain store presentations through mannequin repositioning, re-propping, re-merchandising, and product sourcing.
• Research vendors and procure creative elements while keeping installations on budget.
• Manage and train coordinators, recruit freelance staff as needed, and plan work against the creative calendar.
• Conduct location walkthroughs and collaborate with Brand Image and Retail Development partners.

Requirements
