Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics or customer service
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain records of contacts, transactions, comments, and complaints with accuracy.
