Job summary

White Cap Management LLC is seeking a logistics/administrative professional to manage the lifecycle of projects in collaboration with the Sales team. You will process quotes, orders, shipments, billing, stock checks, credits, audits, and project close-outs, while coordinating with operations, transportation, engineering, credit, and finance to keep projects moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inquiries from internal and external customers, including sales team, operations, engineering, accounts receivable, and management.
• Record quotes, rental agreements, and sales orders, and set up customer ship-to information.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, credits, and collections; run weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly system reports for accurate billing.
• Ensure all rental and/or sales transactions ship correctly; follow up on backorders with sales.
• Prepare documentation for national and internal export/import shipments.
• Process returns and invoicing; address damages and shortages with sales or customers.
• Work with operations to ensure inventory accuracy.
