Job summary

Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced end-user support specialist to provide white‑glove executive help and Mac-centric support. The role also covers Windows devices, Office 365, and conference room systems, with a focus on building strong relationships with global peers and key business customers.

You will maintain support processes, ensure timely issue resolution, and communicate clearly with executives and teams across the organization from our Shelton, CT on-site

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years of experience providing end user support.
• Must have experience supporting MacOS, MacBook, iMacs, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 11 OS in an onsite support role.
• Must have experience supporting conference room equipment and executive meetings.
• Must have very strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support with an emphasis on white glove executive assistance and Mac support.
• Support Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications for on-site users.
• Build and maintain relationships with global peer teams and key business customers.
• Maintain and improve support processes to ensure timely, high-quality service.
