Job summary

Boston Consulting Group’s Seattle office seeks an IT Service Specialist to deliver high-touch technology support for consulting teams and business staff. This full-time, in-office role requires strong user focus and collaboration.

You will manage devices, troubleshoot across Windows/macOS and mobile platforms, and work with Microsoft 365, VPNs, and network services. A proactive, hands-on mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of IT support, service desk, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Windows/macOS, Android/iOS, Microsoft 365, VPNs, MFA, Intune/Azure, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class IT support to case teams and staff, focusing on user experience.
• Configure, imaging, deploying, and maintaining end-user devices per BCG standards.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, Android/iOS, Microsoft 365, VPNs, MFA, and network connectivity.
• Maintain local technology environments for reliability, security, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repair and maintenance of office technology.
• Provide on-site support for meetings, events, and office initiatives.
• Log, track, and analyze incidents in ServiceNow for trends and improvements.
