Job summary

DecisionHR, Inc. seeks an Implementation Specialist to ensure timely onboarding of new clients by setting up accounts, processing initial payrolls, and coordinating across departments.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships from day one and maintaining data accuracy throughout onboarding and year-end processes. You will engage with multiple internal teams to deliver a seamless, professional onboarding experience and ensure payrolls are running accurately with SOC/HIPAA privacy

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience in a PEO or multi-client payroll environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally and build trust with clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up new client accounts and process initial payrolls.
• Gather information within 24 hours of signed contracts to initiate onboarding.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Risk, Sales, and Client Experience to onboard new clients and employees.
• Maintain data accuracy for year-end W-2 processing and ongoing updates.
