Job summary

DecisionHR is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure timely and accurate setup of new client accounts, processing initial payrolls, and building strong client relationships from day one. The role coordinates across departments to deliver a seamless onboarding and white-glove experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage data accuracy and client expectations during the onboarding window.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and gather information within 24 hours of contract signing.
• Set up client accounts with accurate employee data, pay rates, deductions, and tax jurisdictions.
• Process initial payrolls and oversee setup until confirmed correct and running smoothly.
• Produce reports requested by clients during and after implementation.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HR, Benefits, Risk, Sales, and Client Experience teams.
