Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Whey Plant Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead the whey department, plan daily operations, and train hourly staff in equipment operation, procedures, and safety.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem solving, and a focus on quality and cost control. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a High School Diploma (additional education desirable), and a willingness to obtain Wisconsin Pasteurization, HACCP, and sanitation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Some college credits or continuing education desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach whey department employees to meet performance objectives with strong leadership.
• Plan and schedule daily operation of the whey plant to maximize efficient use of personnel and equipment.
• Direct and supervise production employees to ensure on-time production and delivery of quality products at lowest cost.
• Promote safety programs and policies to reduce incidents and near-misses.
• Maintain time and production records as required.
• Assist other personnel as needed and perform other duties essential to the department.
