Lactalis USA seeks a dedicated professional to oversee the Whey Plant operations, ensuring safe, compliant production of dairy products. You will control all incoming and outgoing materials, supervise equipment performance, and enforce GMPs and quality programs.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, solid communication skills, and a High School Diploma or higher. A Bachelor's in Dairy Science or Chemistry is preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

• Background in fluid flow and metering of liquids preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Mechanical background helps success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee whey plant operations and ensure safe, efficient production.
• Manage incoming and outgoing product controls and equipment performance.
• Enforce safety rules, GMPs, and quality programs for safe food.
• Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues to maintain flow.
• Perform preventive maintenance and daily process checks.
• Maintain sanitation and adhere to cleaning procedures.
• Coordinate staffing and maintain proper manpower levels.
