Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Franklin, WI facility.

The role oversees production employees on assigned shifts, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while working with plant management to meet production run schedules. The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food packaging, an associate degree in operations management or equivalent, and proficiency with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment preferred.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and communicate production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of production run assignments.
• Ensure production methods and equipment are safe and compliant with regulations and quality standards.
• Train employees and monitor performance; implement continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
