Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor to directly supervise production staff, plan and direct work, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

You will coordinate schedules, assist with process improvements, and maintain records across shifts in a fast-paced plant environment. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food packaging, an associate's degree in operations management, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in a food packaging environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts.
• Plan, assign and direct work; address product and employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and laws.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Maintain production records and related documentation.
• Train employees on job, safety, and processes; monitor performance.
