Qualifications

• 2–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High School Diploma; college credits preferred.
• Wisconsin Pasteurization Certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whey department employees and provide strong leadership.
• Plan and schedule daily operations of the whey plant.
• Train hourly employees in operations, shipping, sanitation, and product loss prevention.
• Promote safety and food safety programs to reduce incidents.
• Maintain production records and ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
