Saputo Cheese USA Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a production supervisor for the whey department. You will supervise and coach employees, plan daily operations, ensure on-time production, and uphold product quality while controlling costs.

You will lead safety and food safety programs, train hourly workers, maintain records, and collaborate with management to drive continuous improvements. A high school diploma and 2–5 years manufacturing experience with 1–3 years supervisory is expected.

Formación

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• 2-5 years progressively responsible experience in manufacturing, farming or agriculture environments.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Obtain Wisconsin Pasteurization Certification/License within 1 year.
• Obtain HACCP Certification within 1 year.
• Sanitation chemical certification within 1 year.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coach whey department employees to meet performance objectives with strong leadership.
• Plan and schedule daily whey plant operations to maximize personnel and equipment efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with all plant employees to maintain smooth operations.
• Recommend changes to procedures to meet product specs, reduce waste, and cut costs.
• Train hourly employees in equipment operation, procedures, shipping/receiving, sanitation, and product loss prevention.
