Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting across demand, staffing, and scheduling. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to design and deliver scalable WFM solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion), forecasting concepts, and a technical fluency to translate business needs into governed configurations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling expertise.
• 7+ years configuring WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communicating with stakeholders to drive decisions and alignment.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and scalable solutions delivery.
• 2+ years growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Partner with engineering to translate functional designs into configuration and build plans; own end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define forecasting workflows, scheduling patterns, and governance to ensure reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability and transparency in WFM processes.
• Define reporting needs and collaborate on dashboards and operational reporting.
• Serve as the functional lead across HR, operations and technology to drive adoption and decisions.
