Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting. You will own the functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

You bring deep hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting/scheduling knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling expertise.
• 7+ years in WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts (demand modeling, scenarios, overrides).
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership for decisions and priorities.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving with scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growth mindset and developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across options and recommend the right functional approach.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models for reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns: shift templates, rules, windows, constraints.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Own end-to-end delivery for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
• Define reporting needs and collaborate on dashboards and operational reporting.
• Mentor and align HR, operations, and technology teams and support adoption.
