Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead design and delivery of enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role partners with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to configure and optimize WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience in forecasting and scheduling, with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and governance for accuracy and compliance.
• Own end-to-end functional delivery including configuration and customization of vendor apps.
