• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, scheduling.
• 7+ years working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design forecasting workflows and operating model for demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns, shift templates, rules, and constraints.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects and releases.
• Define reporting and analytics needs; partner on dashboards and adoption.
• Serve as functional leader across HR, operations, and technology teams.
