Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to design and deliver enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation in collaboration with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and strong forecasting knowledge to translate business

Qualifications

7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
7+ years' experience working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts (demand modeling inputs, scenarios, overrides).
6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to understand demand drivers and staffing pain points and translate findings into requirements.
Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor/product options and current-state tools with clear tradeoffs.
Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to support reliability and governance.
Own functional delivery, including configuring vendor applications and building plans.
