Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs, forecasting concepts, and scenarios.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion) or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years' experience showing analytical problem-solving and decision-making.
• 2+ years developing a growth mindset in self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand demand drivers, scheduling pain points, and translate findings into requirements.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor options and recommended functional approach with rationale.
• Design forecasting workflows and staffing models with governance and scenarios.
• Define scheduling design patterns, templates, rules, and optimization constraints.
