• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors.
• 3+ years Agile environments with change management.
• 3+ years communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and decision making.
• 2+ years growth mindset and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend the right functional approach.
• Design forecasting workflows and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling patterns and constraints for optimization.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Own end-to-end delivery and maintain documentation.
• Define reporting needs and support adoption.
