Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise configuring and optimizing WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong understanding of forecasting and scheduling concepts,

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions across forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 7+ years configuring, debugging and optimizing WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting inputs.
• 5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG or Legion.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years driving stakeholder leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to meet demand and staffing needs.
• Translate business requirements into configuration plans with vendors and engineering partners.
• Own end-to-end functional delivery, including enhancements, defects and releases.
• Define reporting needs and analytics with dashboards for forecasting accuracy and adherence.
