CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead design and delivery of enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting knowledge, and the ability to

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints).
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand demand drivers, staffing pain points, and translate findings into requirements.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and constraints to reflect business realities and compliance.
• Own end-to-end delivery—configuration, extensions, reporting, automation, and integrations.
