Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities across enterprise platforms. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years working in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years of strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years' experience analytical problem-solving and decision-making.
• 2+ years demonstrating growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for demand forecasting and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and governance for reliable operations.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Own end-to-end delivery for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption across HR, operations, and tech.
