CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and a deep understanding of forecasting and scheduling concepts to translate

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting and scheduling expertise.
• 7+ years working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG or Legion.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years of strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Design forecast workflows and scheduling patterns; define governance and validation.
• Configure and customize vendor applications; drive end-to-end lifecycle of enhancements.
• Partner with engineering and business teams to ensure adoption and alignment.
