Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation in partnership with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and a deep understanding of forecasting

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling expertise.
• 7+ years working with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and delivering scalable solutions.
• 2+ years showing growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for forecasting and scheduling.
• Define scheduling patterns, templates, and optimization constraints.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and governance.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and analytics.
• Drive adoption across HR, operations and technology teams.
