Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years delivering WFM solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and delivering scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growth mindset while developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and staffing pain points.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor options and current-state tools.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to support business realities.
• Define scheduling design patterns and ensure governance and compliance.
• Establish solution guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Own end-to-end delivery for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and support adoption across HR, operations, and technology teams.
