CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end WFM design, forecasting, and scheduling across the enterprise. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to deliver scalable, well-governed solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms such as Infor, UKG, and Legion, plus strong understanding of forecasting, staffing, and scheduling concepts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communicating with stakeholders to drive decisions.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving with scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for demand forecasting and staffing plans.
• Design scheduling patterns, templates, rules, and optimization constraints.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and analytics.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to product and shared services teams.
